New Issue/Rules in Japan
Japan Ministry of Finance (the Customs Bureau belong to this Ministry of Finance)
is going to implement similar USA rules for Japan, effective 01/Mar/2014 for all FCL
import shipments into Japan
FWN agent expect to handle FCL shipments, have to folllow their instructions,
otherwise importers or consignees in Japan will enconter serious problem on
customs clearance, fine included.
NACCS is sort of the Government (the Ministry of Finance) appointed customs clearance
center and all shipments to and from Japan are to be cleared through this system with
no exception.
