due to procedure and Production matters FWN has decided to
appoint a New Partner for India-
New India Partner will be ready to serve all the Country on
exclusive basis at list untill December 2012- After that date,
based on numbers and service, we will decide if it will be
necessary to settle an Indian Multipartnership or to confirm
this Territory exclusivity-
FWN India will work by Incentive/Rebate Contract- This will help
to be more proactive and will help other Members to do the same
for Indian Market-
